Conditions of Contract:
1. Down-payment is being placed for the above described puppy possibly from the above described litter or litters.
2. Breeder agrees to contact buyer if a puppy is born that fits their specifications ( Puppy may be from any litter).
3. Buyer has been placed on Eilat’s poodles waiting list in the above shown order.
4. The down-payment is refundable before the puppy is chosen or if breeder does not have the specific puppy reserved by the client when puppies are born.
5. The down-payment is non refundable if buyer requests a refund after they have reserved a specific puppy, by verbal conversation, in person or via picture on the internet.
6. After reserved puppy is born, client is requested to pay up to half the purchase price of said puppy. Down payment placed already will consist/apply as part of the half payment made. The last half will be due when the puppy is picked up.
We accept cash or cashier check only for the final half payment.
Breeder & Buyer understand and agree to all conditions stated in this contract.
